In July 2025 the Band performed at the Canbury Gardens Bandstand in Kingston with the Surbiton Royal British Legion Youth Marching Band, who are marking their 60th Anniversary in 2025.
K&M and Surbiton RBLYMB have been friends for many years, and it was lovely to come together in our home borough to celebrate our respective anniversaries in 2025. Each Band performed for around 30 minutes individually and then came together in a massed band of around 80 musicians. The large audience, who enjoyed a warm summers afternoon by the river, were entertained with a wide selection of music from the stage and screen as well as some foot tapping marches.
